I am seeking a later model 18 Classic, and am flexible regarding the condition, and pricing as long as it is within fair market value. Ones with bad motors are a plus.

Sam: thanks for your help. Not many Donzis show up in the Carolinas, unfortunately.

Bob: Thanks for the pictures. I got them tuesday. You have a real nice looking boat, and it looks like it has been well maintained. I will give it some thought and let you know.
thanks,
Dan

Hull #18-83

My wife says I can't keep TWO Donzi 18' classics. Will be selling a 1973 18' for a LOW price but it's located in California.

The hull/deck are in great shape. It is white with red stripe/hull sides (a VERY nice respray over the original gel). The interior is not perfect but is servicable. Power is from a Holman Moody 351W in front of a Volvo 270. The engine is not presently running due to a sheared roll pin on the distributor gear. With a little work she should run fine. The boat sits on a nice Trail Rite trailer new in 1989 (with new radials and bearings).

I will be posting some pics of her soon. The price is $5,500 firm. With a little work this will be a beautiful Donzi!!!

I can be reached wkdays at 916/480-4136 or eves at 916/944-2424. Thanks, Jeff Stone

Jeff: thanks for the reply. I would like to see some pictures if you have some. Does it have thru hull exhaust?

The boat does have thru-hull exhaust, which I believe is how it came from the factory. The 351W still has the original Holman Moody exhaust manifolds which appear to be in good shape.

I took pics of the Donzi yesterday. Tried to load them onto the computer today and they were NOT on the camera! Will try again this weekend.
Thanks for the interest. The boat is really very nice and original. Jeff Stone

Jeff: thanks for the reply and pictures. Looks like a real nice boat. What condition is the hull in? Is there any type of Hull ID# on the title?
thanks,
Dan

Dan, the hull is in great condition. No cracking or checking. The boat has been resprayed and in excellent condition.

I have not been able to find any hull #s. It appears that the boat was not bought new in California. The Hull ID# showing on title is the CF (registration) numbers with a few digits added!
The hull # might be on the boat somewhere. I just haven't found it yet!

Let me know if any further questions. Thanks for your interest!
