I just put an IMCO crossover on mine and it keeps blowing off. Did you have the slip-on or the AN style? Last night I put 5200 and three clamps; we'll see how strong 5200 is.

Slip on, No problems.
Maybe you have too much water pressure??

The hose did not fit tight. 3 clamps and 5200 took care of it.

I am going to hook up a water pressure gauge - good insurance and quicker than temp gauge for problems when running all out.
