Sam, would this Cleaver fit my '92 OMC King Cobra drive?

Cheers!

Good question ! I would post this question on the "Performance" section of the board.

Sorry to be so ignorant, I just thought you might know, since you have the prop. Do you STILL have the prop? From what drive did it come?

Cheers,

Hi Sam, I'm runing a "Alpha#1 merc.cruiser Stern/drv. If you have one of those or a bravo#1 than I can use it. I'm interested if you still have it. Thanks, Walt

Walt, if your saying that you have an Alpha Gen 1 then this will fit. I happen to have a gen II which has a little heavier duty gear train but the shaft is the same as the gen 1.

Hi Sam, Thanks for the response, But after reading a few posts in different area's here,I'm told a solid hub is suicide for a alpha 1 drive.Has to do with the "shift dog mechanism".Needs a rubber hub cushioned spline to survive.Or were you referring to small hub vs.large hub for the exh.to pass thru.?
