Scott,
I just picked up a set of Latham Marine throttle controls for the Classic a couple of weeks ago that are just like the Donzi F2 ones (only a 2 lever setup of course wink ). Now it's a matter of setting it up as a left hand gunnel control or a center console setup, hmmm?

You're forgetting one thing; I started with just a hull, deck, 4 engine vents, hatch & the hatch hinges/latches. I am stuck buying every single nut, bolt, wire, engine, engine accessories, gauges, entire steering setup, gas tank to gas lines, upholstery, decking part, etc.....
Believe me it adds up

I still have a ways to go for parts but bit by bit I keep reeling them in. :D

Scot,
Believe me I have taken plenty of shots of it and of the parts that I have gathered along the way. So far all of the pix are just ones that are of “before” shots to show what damage needs to be repaired and of the disassembly (nothing too exciting so far). I plan to do a complete write-up with shots on it like what GeneD did on the entire restore.

Ever since I got this windup tin can for my Wife about a year and a half ago I have been thinking of making a center console like the picture I took of it below. Being a left-handed driving Donzi I would still like to have the levers on my right side. The Latham controls that I have with 2 levers not 4 pictured below are the ones that I have for it. Believe it or not, it’s actually pretty comfortable driving with the shifter placed in the center (I‘ve done the practice driving thing in the Donzi on the trailer with the controls somewhat mounted in that area while making noises of course).

Still searching for a job so that parts aren’t coming in as fast as I would like them to. frown
