I just put this boat on the traderonline.com

1998 Donzi Classic 22.5’. It has a 502 MAG MPI with a Pro-Charger M-1 inter-cooled supercharger and re-calibrated ECU. The engine makes around 600 hp and has 45 hours on it. It is equipped with silence choice exhaust, external transom steering, custom dual cylinder extended trim tabs with trim level indicators, 29-pitch prop and more. This boat has over $12000 in options. This is a fresh water boat with three covers and a Magic Tilt all aluminum trailer (around 400 lbs. less weight than steel). It is a really nice set-up. The boat will cruise nicely at 50 to 60 mph or run out at ~90. Excellent condition. $36,500 USD. becker944s2@yahoo.com for pics., or call 989-687-5230

The engine just looks like a regular ol' 502 mercruiser (new condition), except for the pro-charger bolted to it. Actually I do need to get some better digital pictures of the boat. I'll take some of the engine and then post those too.

Nice boat! I think I would sell my house first and then live in the boat (ha ha ha). It has the same color scheme as my 16 Classic.

Good advice budman, but I think in my case a divorce would soon follow. And we all know how expensive those are!

Divorces can be expensive! I could have bought a nice 22 Classic with the $50,000 I gave my ex-wife.

Budmann: 18 Years ago she got the house, the car that was paid for, 6 years of child support, and 7 years of alimony; And every month when I sat down to write her a check, I would tell myself "...even if I had to pay twice as much...it would still be worth it!..." :D :D :D

Rick: it is great you maintain a positive attitude. I tried to get my ex to pay me alimony so I could afford a faster Donzi, but the divorce court thru it out since I made more than her.

These are all such sad divorce stories. It would appear however that I should be soliciting all the ex-wife's to buy my boat since they seem to be the ones with all the money. Just think of it, a woman whom owns a Donzi! Now that's my dream girl!!

wink I couldn't agree more....nothing sexier than a beautiful women who not only owns a Donzi but actually knows how to drive it! That's why my wife Liz will always be the Sexiest Woman in my eyes....we both own the Donzi Jointly and she drove it more this year than I did at the Events! :p Ya gotta love it, plus she knows how to handle the lines,Trailer and helps with all of the Boat Prep. when needed.... :D Always looking for another 22 Classic ....BTW still waiting to see the engine photos of this Classic? ...Doc
