What's that across the street (behind the house in the fourth picture)? Strange - looks like a space ship.

Looks like a really nice boat, and somewhat rare here in our deep south! MS and LA.

As for the spaceship - again rare to launch from your back yard, but most certainly a hot air balloon, notice the propane burner plume in the lower left of the envelope.

Yeah, that was my first reaction too: What is a hot air balloon doing in the neighbor's backyard???
It's the planter in the foreground, the one hanging from the corner of the garage in one of the other pics.
Neat optical illusion, though.
