That looks like the one Bentboat/USAuctions put up a few months ago. Scuttlebutt at the time had it falling off the trailer or something like that.

It is pretty though...

I talked to the Owner a few hours ago (before seeing this thread) and he said he bought it in Florida and that the motor was great but the Girl who owned it before him, had a bad boyfriend who keyed it. Hmmmmmmmm

IT FELL OFF THE TRAILER!!!!!! eek! how do you leave that little tidbit out!!!WELL WHAT IS IT, IT GOT KEYED OR FELL OFF THE TRAILER ON THE WAY TO THE KEYS??? eek!

Is 83 the year that it had the bench seat with the walk thru to the back seat??

It's not the best pic, but I don't think that looks like a Hornet...with the flaired bow area and the peculiar windshield.

A Classic 22 maybe?

No, too much free board , definetly a Hornet III,
winshield is to high as well for a 22C

Cool,

I was thinking about a Hornet II I saw about a month ago in Corpus Christi. It has a very pronounced flair at the bow and a very peculiar windshield. Not like that boat in your picture at all...

Didn't know that the generational differences w/ the Hornet were that pronounced.
