Paging Harbormaster re: ladder purchase

Harbormaster, I purchased a boarding ladder 4 months ago from you(paid as instructed through Pay Pal) and was wondering what the status was. I have sent you three private e-mails on this topic, to no response. There is no hurry on this, as the boat is tucked away for winter. I would, however, appreciate an update. Thanks, Michael

I don't know if this will help you or not, but I find that the Harbormaster responds better to his private email when I put "DONZI" somewhere in the subject line. He gets a lot of spam, I mean a LOT of spam and the "DONZI" helps him recognize the message as a legitemate one. Also, If you don't get a response via email, give him a call, he usually answers and you'll know he got the message. Good luck.
