hows everyone doin?
Im busy workin and riding on my quad.
I just got these pics from a friend, enjoy.

moody blu is gettin ready for new parts soon.
Next season she'll have a new interior, painted hood scoop to match the boat, all new stickers, and the 270 drive with trim n tilt will be installed... :)

maybe even basset headers????

Hey Broque,
The boat is coming along nice! Oh those back grounds of our beloved bay are painful now that the boats are winterized.I saw you and JP this summer havin some fun were still runnin the 18
but the wife likes the bigger ride.And I'm kinda partial myself but the classic still gets respect every where she goes.

Nice pics Moody Blu! I pictured you to look different than what is shown and I must say that I am pleasantly surprised! Makes me long for the water. 45 degrees and sunny today as I drive by the lake. Low winds and the lake was calling...
It will be a long winter as usual.

I know when I get the interior the whole appearance of the boat is going to change.

I'm gonna try to take off all the metal parts, and rechrome them or powdercoat them. Anyone have a suggestion if I pcoat them? or scratch that idea and chrome?

ss18, I thought you were sellin the 18? I saw it at the marina. I checked out the motor too. NICE!

Moody - The Classic is lookin good! Looks like you've got some files for The Donzi Girls section you've been holding out on us. Take Care over the winter and bring Moody up to 1000 Islands next July.

Sounds and looks like a great boat. Can't give you any advice on the changes you contemplate but do either of the girls have a sister?

It is tough with the boat up. We are in the middle of winter here to. We had a lo of 51 this morning. It was all I could do to go out and get the newspaper. I know no one likes a smart ass and any chance of meeting a sister are gone now.

Seriously, I've lived in Chicago and Buck's Harbour, Maine. Only had sailboats while I was up there. I've lived in West Florida for many years now and have had a Donzi since 2000. I think living up North and having a Donzi would drive me crazy. Is there such a thing as Donzi fever?

If I had had a Donzi up there I'm stupid/crazy enough that I would probably take it out ice allowing.

If you ever get down to Florida bring that good looking Donzi, the sister is optional.

Funny thing,I had the boat sold for 13,000 to a
guy in BHW he was telling me he was going to paint the bottom and leave it in for the summers.
I laughed and gave his check back and explained I could not let him do this to that boat!So I have
decided to keep it!I bought a roll of sunbrella
maroon/red had a new water line cover made for
the 292 and the 18 classic really sharp check it out it's in the yard.
