Ok it's a bit pricey and don’t know how long it has been posted on Boattraderonline but their posting dates are unavailable at this time.

It’s been a very quiet day on the board so I had to post something. http://www.donzi.net/ubb/biggrin.gif http://www.donzi.net/ubb/biggrin.gif

$32,000 sure seems to be the norm for a Blackhawk Edition 22'.

Looped, sorry I haven't gotten back to you on the Classic-18 windscreen. I've been preoccupied lately with the new truck I ordered. I ordered a new Chevrolet 2500HD Crew Cab in January and it's finally here, picking it up tomorrow. I'm very excited, I've always wanted a Crew Cab and will now have one along with a 496 c.i. motor and manual 6-speed trans. It should pull my 18 with ease.

I'll try to get you something on the windscreen soon.

RickS,
No big hurry over here, I have a ways to go. I got a price of $630 at a Dealer around here plus they want to zing me with the shipping even though I would pick it up from them. You would think they would stock something like that http://www.donzi.net/ubb/rolleyes.gif A Crew Cab would be nice, I had a Ford Super Cab with the tiny rear doors that did not cut it so got a Tahoe now I miss the bed. I like the idea of the new Chevy Avalanches but man I think they are still stuck with the Aztec look http://www.donzi.net/ubb/mad.gif.

Hey guys,
I have toyed with the black hawk idea quite a bit over the winter. Even called the broker who listed this boat on trader. Owner came and picked it up this week and the broker wasn't sure the boat was even available for sale any more...
I have found another one that I am waiting on responses on my questions in the ask the factory section. I will probably call them tomorrow on this particular boat and its history.
Done my research on the drive on this board and others. Not much out there really. Couple of things concern me. Lack of popularity and therefore parts. Durability? I have heard rumors of a few out there with big power in front of them. Humor me o' wise gearheads. Am I getting into something I should avoid? Thanks, Todd

On the outdrive topic, with the Blackhawk being discontinued for a while now would the Bravo 3 be the next Merc to be in comparison with? I like the idea of the dualprop theory of a straightforward push instead of a list to one side and I really don’t like the color of the Volvo SX. I realize that the topend gets nipped off with a dualprop setup in most cases but to gain stability it could be worth it. I have not seen much out there on the Bravo 3 on whether it’s a great performance drive but only it’s a good diesel outdrive to take the torque.

Any thought besides it costs a snidge more?

Thanks,
Craig

Alright, after reading from a couple different places that the Bravo 3’s are not rated to go 70+ do to a "shimmy effect" I think I have answered my question. http://www.donzi.net/ubb/biggrin.gif Man it’s been quiet around here, where is everyone?

Rick,
You must be right. It seems like we jumped right back into summer with no one on the board once again. I will be hitting Cape Cod this weekend to see the Rents for Easter and check out the boating seen myself thank God. It's been a long winter.

Craig.
