I have a custom built Performance tandem trailer,
the boat centers it self and tows great, tandem is probably over kill, but what the heck
Rolls makes a good one too and a lot lighter than mine.

If you are going to use it in fresh water you might want to contact Eagle Trailer in Wyondotte Mich. I have a custom Eagle trialer for my 16 and it is great. I have also had several other custom trailers that have been first rate.

I am getting rid of a Load-Rite bunk which was rated for my 16. The axle has a bow and 13 inch wheels, the whole thing looks a little spindly. I have just gotten a deal on a again Load-Rite but 300 pounds higher rated and 14 inch wheels. No matter what you buy go a few hundred pounds over and 14 inch rubber. If you do any salt at all go for the galvanized.

Go with aluminum if you are going to be doing the salt trip. First of all, the aluminum diamond plate fenders look cool. Secondly they do not rust and are coated to not corrode. They look like stainles steel.
Secondly, how far will you be towing it?
If you will be towing long distances spend some money on the trailer.

Formula Jr, I saw a stainless steel trailer a few years ago at a boat show. I think it was for a 14 foot boat, and the price was over $900!! The springs were still made of regular steel.

Just checked out Prestige trailer web site. I wrote them for pricing on a trailer for a 33ZX. I currently have an aluminum trailer but want something for longer trips. Does anyone have any idea of the price. I've been quoted a Myco trailer at $12,000 retail.

I need to buy a new trailer for my X-18 and after owning a Rolls trailer - the one that I put under my 27 Magnum - I will buy another Rolls. You can't beat the Roll Axle suspension system and Rolls' great aluminum fabrication job.

I have a 1981 EZ-Loader galvanized-steel, all wobble-roller trailer under my 1972 16 Donzi. The trailer still looks like new, tows great, launches great, but it's a pain to load. You have to winch it on every time. If you try to drive it on, the boat just rolls back in to the water when you let off the power.

I'm going to need @ tr@iler pretty soon for the GT.
