Hey ya'll, thought I'd share a river story with you. Met up with a 22'Baja last sunday on the San Jacinto. He & his buddys flaged me down & when on & on about how nice my 18' was. He ask how fast is it & my reply was it's quick but not too fast. At that point he told me how fast his 502 was & ask to race. my 18' is a 99' 350 mag 23" prop. We took off & I stomped them out of the hole, got down the river about a mile & stopped to wait for them to catch up. Man those guys eyes were wide open!I guess I could go to the 25" prop but I would hate to loose the hole shot. So the word is out on my river to watch out for the little Donzi. GOTTA LUV IT !! Ya'll have a great season & be carefull out there. http://www.donzi.net/ubb/biggrin.gif http://www.donzi.net/ubb/biggrin.gif http://www.donzi.net/ubb/biggrin.gif

Hey Dr. Dan,

Where is Shrewsbury(sp)? My girl friend goes to school in Lewisburg and I always wondered if there was any place around to run my classic.

CDMA, Shrewsbury is a little quite town about a mile north of the Maryland line on interstate 83, just south of York about 20 min.,45 min. north of Baltimore. As far as Donzi water, although Lewisburg is close to river water I would stay out of the rivers in Pa. the water levels vary greatly and they become rock fields just too quick for my blood! In Central Pa. you could go over toward Reading and check out Marsh Creek, an Army Core of Engineers project thats ok for a short run but not too long. Raystown Lake is by far the largest body of water that is par for a Donzi run. Myself, I play in the Bay, so many Rivers, the Inner Harbor,Annapolis, Kent Island,Fells Point, so many different cultural mixes all over the Chesapeake Bay. It's just as close as Raystown to Lewisburg and you'll have a lot more fun!....If you decide to venture this way with the Donzi in tow,let me know, you could leave it at our business or house and not have the hassle of towing all the up and back to the Bay. And if your up to some company I am sure Liz & Liquid A$$et would be happy to accomadate...Doc
