I currently have a reworked 27 cleaver on my 18 Big Block left hand TRS 1 to 1.5 ratio. 5 times out and so far I have 68(speedo) at 4800rpm(confirmed). I am looking at a Hydromotive Q 4 for better mid range and handling(engine revs quick but it takes a while for the prop to hook up, also tends to porpoise if I don't use the tabs ).Previous owner stated engine made its best power at 5200. What pitch should I start with and what is a resonable price range on good used Hydromotive props? Thanks for any replies,Greg.....2 weeks since I have been on a lake and I think I'm getting "seasonal mood disorder" already!!!

$135 is a steal for a QIV. Expect to pay $200-$300 or more for a perfect Hydro QIV on Ebay. They're $550 + shipping new.

I have a perfect (used once) left hand 25 Mirage Plus. It would work great for your application.

Give me a call sometime,
