Found this while doing A drive homework, it looks like a very interesting unit. No alignment problems and full self contained hydraulics, definitely a new kid on the block.

It looks like it is designed for low rpm applications (diesel).

I think that is just the diesel rating posted, I am finding that some transmissions actualy get higher HP ratings at higher rpms. One unit in particular goes from about 300hp at 3300 to 415 at 5000 and even higher with the Arneson due to no prop shaft thrust. This old dog is learning quite a few new things with some good input from good guys. Hope I can apply it all to my project.

I have twin disc 502's in my Formula. I've heard they were designed for low rpm diesels also. After running high rpms, it will blow out a little trans oil from the vent hole. This is the only thing I've noticed.
