Looking for the right "starving artist" painter

We've all heard of the starving artist sales. Now I'm looking for one to paint my GT over the winter. Can anybody recommend a good one within reasonable driving distance of North FL? (Jacksonville, to be exact).

I'm a realist and I want a nice job.
