GeneD, the starting price is higher than you can buy it for today at either of these sites, www.bibliofind.com (http://www.bibliofind.com) or www.alibris.com (http://www.alibris.com) .
Just use their search engines, find the book, and contact the retailer who has it. I bought my copy for $10.00.
Madpoodle: sometimes they have great deals on signed JB novels.

Don't use Alibris, they want $40.00 for the book. Biblifind has it for sale for $15.00 at a store in California.
Good luck.

Well Boxy...as usual you're right!
Sorry guys, I didn't have my thinking cap on correctly at this time of the morning.

Truth be known GeneD, as usual, I was half-right, (at least this time it didn't cost me any money). Watch the bids, if it goes above $20.00, and there is more than a handfull of bidders, it may be worthwhile looking into buying a couple of copies, and flipping them for beer money.
Have fun in Nassau, the marina, across the bridge from Paradise Island has great grouper, conch, and cold beer.

Does Muscleboats have more ink devoted to the small classics (i.e. Sweet 16, 18'-2+3, and Corsicans) than the Aronow book? Aronow book is very cool, but seemed to have more photos of many of the bigger boats from each of Don's companies.

On page 62, is that really a Classic 18 cruising past Shooter's ?

Not an 18, gunwales are too high.
Hornet might be right on.
I defer to my fellow Donzi associate, Forrest, to comment expertly on that one.
Check out the front seat vs. back seat. Seems to be a separation?
Still a Classic no matter which way you slice it!
BTW, Boxy set me up with my copy, not new, but in perfect condition for a very, very, nice price.
And Boxy, how did you know I'm going to Nassau? Have I been talking beer talk on the Donzi Registry?
Again!?!?!?!?
MP, was that a dig by Boxy to you? Those Canadiens!

GeneD, are you refering to the signed JB novels remark, that was no dig. I just figured any man with JB's lyrics as his signature, and boat name, might be interested in some Jimmy Buffet stuff. Tales from Margaritaville is required airplane reading.

Ahhh, I get now.
Guess I haven't been in Florida long enough to get the drift.
