Posted for Scott Pearson. Very nice!
(Scott, the "enlarged pics" show a lot of digitalization, so the links are small but you can enlarge them yourself once at photopoint.)

Madpoodle, if you want to "fix" this post so you don't have to click on the links then please do so. Your tutoring is not paying off on me so far... (old dog, new tricks,...this [img] thing is killing me!)

Actually,
The photos don't do it justice. It's a really nice DEEP orange color. The paint looks like there is about a hundred layers of paint on it ......DEEP that's about the only way I can decribe it. Scott, did(is doing ) a fantastic job on this boat....And his attention to detail is out of this world....

The boat looks fantastic. The color seems to be about the same as the OE orange on my 71 SkiSporter.

Great job. I know you will enjoy it once you are done!

Guys,
The Orange has orange Luminescence over top of it...It flops to different shades of orange. The white has orange pearl over top of it...It looks outragious in the sun and under different lighting. The pictures cant pick up that look. Im sure you will all see it at the gettogethers.

Len, Scott,
Thanks alot for posting them and cleaning them up! They look great. I just cant take a picture to save my life.

BB,
Thanks for the comments. Its getting there...Should be ready for Lake George. Hows your project?

Hey Scott, those pictures look familiar. Lookin great! What type of high heat paint did you use on the engine to make the color match?

Craig,
I used a urethane on the engine and the risers. Its the same orange but doesn't have the Luminescence over top and its a single stage. Not a Basecoat/clearcoat This urethane holds up great on engine blocks.

Scott,
My boat is coming along very s l o w l y. I'm still in the process on gathering parts. It still runs pretty well,so I'm not going to start taking it apart until I have all the parts or until I buy another boat..... (But dear, the third boat was all Geoo's idea...)
