I recently bought an 89 21' Reggaza. Even though I already love the boat and it's performance, there are a couple of problems I've had. Under the rear port side seat I found some soft wood. Upon further examination, I found that water had seeped through what seem like foam inserts in the floor. This led me to replace all affected boards with new fiberglassed floorboards. My question is why are the foam inserts in the floor(allowing water to seep through), and why are there no ports to allow any water under the floor to drain to the bilge? Any help is appreciated.
