GeneD- Transom Jig question - Help please

Hi Gene, I received the volvo transom jig from Cliff. Can you tell me how to use this and the motor mount jig.

When you get the directions (or figure out how to use that crazy contraption) please write them down,and keep them with the jig, so that the next victim ,uh I mean user of the jig, doesn't have to bang his head against the wall......
