In my '99 ZX my Donzi came with a stereo holder (white) that had a spring loaded cover that retracted above the unit when it was opened, it also had a plastic clip to each side which hid the screws.
Now the problem, all the banging around the past two years has cracked the area around the screw holes. Donzi sent me a replacement but it is the generic one that you see in stores for about $25 buck, hinges open, problem is, it is a good bit smaller overall, there is no boat to put the screws in, and if there was there would be visable gaps due to the size difference.
QUESTION, if you bought a 2000 or 01 any make Donzi what do you have???
I am worried they have quit making the original type and went to the type they sent me.
For now the old is back in the boat!
