WOW. Lake George was the greatest.
Went boat riding with Ed and his lovely wife Augusta on thursday afternoon. We got a wonderful tour of his home, the lake and its islands. Ed and Augusta have a wonderful home on the lake.

That afternoon we also had cocktails at "Indian Kettles". The name came from the round holes in the rock that the indians used for cooking and grinding corn.
What a grand view!

Friday we went shopping in Bolton. We also stopped to look at the historic Sagamore Hotel. Ed and I snuck off to Precision Marine to view their latest creation; a 700hp bigblock mercruiser engine with a whipplecharger.
"MR. WHIPPLE!!!"
Later that day we went out cruising the lake in a 1932 23' triple cockpit Garwood mahogany boat that belonged to one of Ed's Neighbors. On board was My wife and I, Ed & Augusta and George and Bonnie from the Lake Winipawhatchamacallit Donzi club.

That night Kim and I met up with everyone in the town of Lake George for the beginning festivities. Great fun was had by all!

The morning of the meet was started by a flyover from a group of A10 wart hog tank killers. I won't ask how Ed arranged that one. The meet was alot fun.

We had Dinner later on that night in Bolton.
The following day after a fathers day breakfast we met up in our boats on the lake in front of the Sagamore Hotel.
