I got a new set of exhaust tips from Brownie@Stainless Marine today.
They are a "work of art". Perfect welds and polished to a mirror finish. Plus they were a excellent value!
Thanks Brownie http://www.donzi.net/ubb/biggrin.gif http://www.donzi.net/ubb/biggrin.gif http://www.donzi.net/ubb/biggrin.gif

Now I have to get the old ones off. The plan is to use some wire leader on the 5200 under the flange then beat bang twist and cuss.

Does anyone have a better idea?
BTW I do not have any 5200 de-bond.

If you have them on with 5200 all you have to do is heat them with a "heat gun". The 5200 will release with just alittle heat it. I don't think a hair dryer gets hot enough.

You'll be surprised how fast it comes off.
