Do a search on "16 outboard". There are several topics on this style Donzi. There was a real nice one at last years Donzi factory event. It was a blue and white 16' outboard, there are some pictures on one of the search topics.

I am familiar with the 16 outboard model. What got me about this boat is look close. All the details look new style 16 to me. 2+2 seating, gauges, rail. To me the boat really looks like a late model one but I was under the impression that the 16 OB was stopped in the 70's.

Chris, Your right, In the mid -late 1990's Donzi did make a special run of 16 outboards, the number is unknown as well asthe destination of boats. Thiswas told to me by the origional CR guy at Donzi years ago. This is the first time I have seen any solid documentation of the beast,

Thought the dash looked alot like mine, 1996
16'. I e-mailed the person and it is a 1996 Donzi
and engine with 200+ hrs.

You're right... everything says 90's on that boat.. what I found interesting is that it is also different from the old 16OB in other ways... the rear hatches are completely changed...

You're absolutely right, they did build a small run of 16 outboards in the mid 90's. That boat on ebay is the one we had for a while, I'm almost positive it was. I've seen it out a few times and it's a sweet looking boat, especially when she's running. I think top-end was around 45 with a 100?
