From the St. Pete races...
Utz spun in turn one on the first lap, the Cig turn boat working that corner was towing Utz in between turn one and two, I believe course was under yellow. Team Donzi supposedly was coming in too hot towards turns one and two, perhaps not seeing the tow going on there or in too tight to get around it or avoid collision with another boat and spun and then hit the Cig towing Utz.
Team Donzi was able to fire the engines and go on. They were assessed a 3 minute penalty for passing under yellow and a $2500 fine from what I've read.
