Where on the lake is the picnic? I maybe in the area of Silver Bay w/o boat. How/who do I get in touch?

Picnic is on Speaker Heck Island ,its the island just south of Long Island in the South basin of the Lake.40 docks are reserved
for members and party is from noon till dark.
