top speed for 24' black widow 95 omc?

24 ft donzi blk widow with 95 omc king cobra 454 efi engine ?any idea what top speed i should get at 3800 rpms,

Sounds to me like you need 5" less in prop. 3800 is at least 1000RPM 's low. What pitch are you running, whose prop and which 454 is it?. The 385HP?

What year is the boat? Is it a re-power?
Apparently 24' Black Widows were only made between 90-92.
