how do I move a Pic. so iI can post it?????

I have pics I want to post, but they are in my email. So how do I move them from my email
into the forum to post them??????

save em to your puter... clip uploads at the top of the page... do the browse and select and upload deal.. basically i believe this is all under uploads and FAQ... once uploaded make your post, click the image button and in the window that pops up type in the URL which is given in the uplaods section.. blah blah blah... best read the FAQ...
