I was just reading about the fatality on Winni on OSO, cannot believe a hit and run, man did that guy make a decision that will effect his life forever, sad story. Bend over dude, inmate #123 needs a drive alignment!

On the topic of this hit-and-run, this was quoted from the OSO forum:

I HOPE this isn't taken too far, like PWCs and how "dangerous" they are. All it takes is for ONE person to screw it up for us safe boaters.
