Anyone know how much Horse Power was stock on '95 350 mag?
how fast do you think it will go with a stock 350 mag w/ alph 1?
Any warnings for 95's? things to watch out for?
boat has 60 hours, appears to be in great shape, 60 hours, any feel for price?

Lots of info here as well as very knowledgable people. I'd recommend doing a search. I know there have been several topics on drive setups, horsepower, and speed. As far as price... there are lots of factors involved... I'm sure more details and even pics could help get you some excellent answers.

Welcome to the board. Our very own moderator, the Harbormaster just took delivery of a 95 18 w/ 350 MAG alpha combo. Don't think he's even had it in the water yet, but he may be able to provide some info.

I run a 97 18 with the 350 MAG MPI which is multi-port fuel injected. A 95 MAG 350 should be carburated. My estimate of HP and speed would be 275-285 HP with a top speed right in the mid 60's. Someone else here will give you the exact HP numbers. The 95's are good boats and with only 60 hrs it should be in great shape.

I would look closely at the trim pump mounting and sealing as I've seen or heard about several 18 Donzis in the 95-97 range that had loose mounted or leaking power trim pumps (mine included).

Last but not least, I would check the front seat frames. The frames in these years were cast aluminum and not very durable. They have ears that if they havn't broken yet, will eventually. You can get new replacements for about $40 / ea that are extruded aluminum and hold up much better.
