Trim Tab placement

Greetings All

Have the boat over in Miami and doing a dry-fit of all the parts and pieces prior to engine installation. Next step will be go back to Sarasota to finish interior/deck paint, install all of the parts and pieces, and then get engine dropped in.

It is actually coming together!

Anybody have any input for trim tab placement??
Plan to go with close to what the Factory is doing and what the mfgr is recommending.
Have a pair of Lenco 12"x9"RT's. That's 9" on the transom and 12" hanging out the back.

Any fine tuning info on lateral placement...what is optimal distance 'in' from the chine?? Where in relation to the strake?? Any other thoughts?? Initial power will make it mid/upper- 50MPH and maybe eventually mid-60's.

Do a search on Bennett and trim tabs and you will find all you need to know. We have a resident "Bennett" employee here as well and his info is in those threads...1/2" UP from bottom of boat hull by the way. Here is a "sampling" under bennett...
