put the Alpha SS on the 18, and snagged the labbed 23 clever from big dog's Crit SS...
VIOLA!! me berry berry happy
picked up 7-8 mph, no buzz no mo', just rock solid handling. Very predictable. 2 finger drive at 65.5, saw 66.7 a couple times. Was 58.5 before with Mirage and original Alpha drive. This is with a bone stock 350-270 and full fuel with just myself.

BigDog, you got the stock Mirage, Carlos has the buzzer... how much did you say you wanted for this prop?? :D :D
Cuda, the 18 luvs this combo, it's gonna live like this for awhile..maybe a LONG while.
Rootsy, this motor doesn't like a lot of timing, 34* with premium fuel and some secondary metering rod changes, and it woke up... Also has the IMCO risers I got from Walt.
BTW Roots, I spent the day on a DynoJet chassis dyno, tuning Mighty Mouse. We and a few others rented Orlando Speedworld Dragway for tomorrow for private testing for next weekends Street Car Finals. Ran the new motor out to 7,700 rpm :D Looks like I gotta shift it at 7400-7500 now. Gotta luv them 15.0-1 compression small blocks wink Idles at 800 rpm in gear too and still runs power brakes :p
