A;pha removal

how do you remove the Alpha 1 outdrive when the shift cable is toast and you can't shift into foward like the manual says for removal.
I am waiting for an answer so I can remove it and get the drivetrain out of the back of my truck!

Cut the cable down near the bell housing, then reach in and turn the shifter to fow gear. good luck.
Have you thought about coming to the northeast to beat the heat? There are a couple of Donzi events in early Sept.
