Cost of a 89 22' Classic

I have a friend looking at a 89 22' classic. 145 hrs. cracked windshield and a faded stripe on the deck. He is holding firm at $28,500 Canadian ($21,000 U.S. ?) Is this an average price, or, is it high Thanks Ed.

Thats way to High. I looked at a 1989 22 with a Big Block and a Bravo drive. It was all red with gray interior. I dont think they made many all red. But anyway it had a Myco trailer that needed some work and the boat needed a good buffing.Otherwise it was in great shape. I cold have had the boat for $14,000.00.

Keep looking, I picked up my 88 22 for $15,000, had brand new engine , and lots of extras, it needed some work but mainly just good cleaning and buffing, looks and runs great.
