Methods for replacing u-joints

I am replacing the u-joints on my TRS drive, one was a little rough...
My question: What tools do most of the people on here use to press them out and in? C-Clamps? Hammers? Press? I am just curious if I am the only one fumbling around with clamps and sockets!
