Well It's almost here, This Sunday (Aug 13) at Trump Marina shortly after 12:OO is the donzi meet. Fun and good times for the whole family. Frank C will be there, A local donzi dealership will be there, a photo man from "Hot Boat Mag" and I spoke with Mike Miller, he said his brother Nick will be in attendance and have cool stuff for us. So if you have a donzi old or new, bring it on down, we have slips for every1. And we even have a mini donzi/magnum look alike blasting around!

Hay Brad (bverd), you should look up an old buddy of mine who works at Backyard Boats in Old Town section of Alexandria. His name is Charlie Riegert and he always has something going on that deals with power boating on the Potomac. I lived up in Northern Virginia about ten years ago and worked at CACI before moving back to Florida (again).

Trailered my boat to Toledo, Ohio. Doug my machanic and I finished up the fuel injection wiring, installed the motor. It took two days of work 8am to 11pm though Tornado warnings, power outages, Wind and rain storms, tough trip. Final finished up the boat Tuesday night at 8:45 pm dropped her in the water for a 5 min ride. She sounds sweet, a little loppy at idle ran 75mph with full fuel and two passengers, 90 degree's and 98 humidity at dusk. I need to trouble shoot the boat something ain't right. May be I need more air in the engine compartment, prop work, bad fuel???I plan on trailering her down to NJ Saturday am for the Poker Run. Then go to the Donzi outing Sunday.

PaulO, CDMA, SeanO, Steve or other CT or Long Island guys interested in going or meeting up on Sunday?

Doug my mechanic is going to be selling my three year old (277 hours) 383ci after he freshens it up. With a Volvo 290 it pushed my 18 65-68mph. The AFR CNC ported aluminum heads have only 70 hours. I think he's wants $ 2,500.00 It's a good deal the heads alone cost me $ 1,800.00 GEOO

I am really upset!!!
The weather people are saying its going to rain, and rain hard sunday. Guys any thoughts? I know some of us are hard to the bone donzi owners but i think some will stay home if Don A and the man above decide to make it a wet one. any feedback would be great!
