Hi Guys, I was pulling the Donzi out last night after another great weekend of boating here in Northern Michigan, and noticed that my winch support had slid back while loading the boat on the trailer. Now the transom sits about 4 inches back from the trailer bunks. Where is the ideal hull location in relation to the trailer bunks?? Obviously the easy solution would be to put the winch support back to the original location on the trailer, but I'm not sure it was ever in the proper location to begin with. Any ideas will be greatly appreciated! Thanks, Chris.

If the bunks are parallel the ideal tongue weight is between 10% and 15%(GVW). More tongue weight usually means less trailer sway over the road.
I use 2x bathroom scales, make sure the trailer is at the same angle when on the truck, and take the measurement at the coupler.
