I take it that you have not read the Important information" section?

It is the one just above "Donzi Performance Talk" that is labled "Important Information you need to know from the Harbormaster"

PS While you are at it there is also a section near the top of the screen call "FAQ". You might want to take the time to familiarize yourself with what is in there also. It really helps.
