Our 96 Black Hawk LE has had idling problems eversince we got it. It idles at about 700-750. Sometimes it will idle fine, others it will struggle and flame out. It does a little better with the exhausts open but still struggles. Usually have to raise RPM's to about 900-1000. With the blackhawk drive and 31p props that is well oer 10mph through the idle zone. My dad said we need to buy a modified fuel regulator pump. The boat has Gil headers/exhaust, merlin heads, hydraulic rollar rocker, modified ECM (by Arizona Speed) The boat is supposed to have 500+ HP with this setup, but is sure doesnt feel like it. So what is the best fuel regulator and intake flame arrestor for our setup? Thanks
