Well, Its coming along! The siding guys have one more side to finish. This is all clear cedar thats in primer. I need to stain it the same color as the house...I'm really looking foward to that  .

The back of the building is getting a 50x20 deck that will have lock dry aluminum decking that wont allow water to get to the underside. It will be like a large car port to park boats under. It will have a 50x20 concrete pad under the deck also.

I will keep posting as it comes along....

Nope. It's a white powdery substance carefully placed in recognition of the contribution made by the Miami importers of the 80's to gofast boats.

Right?

What is that white stuff all over the roof  Yep, more snow in Jersey this week :( Or maybe the thing is so damn high, that those are clouds????

Looks great Scott. Even after seeing it in person, It's hard to believe how huge the thing is. Looks like its on track for the spring....Figure what you're going to do with the upstairs yet? Deck is a cool idea.

I Dont have any idea what I will do with the top of the place. I only built the 2nd floor because I thought it would look stupid next to the house if I didnt put it up there....go figure  I can tell you this....it would have been a hell of alot cheaper to build without the 2nd floor. I'm already over budget  ! I still have a ton more to do.....Cathy is going to kill me!

or you can make it a clubhouse, like pee wee's play house! :p wink :D
the white stuff is granular white stryofoam insulation used to keep the beer from getting warm!!! wink
Marie said if you keep going over budget it will be your new home!!! :D

I've got a great idea for the 2nd floor.. Us Notherners could take a months holidays over the winter, rent the 2nd floor, and work on our boats at 70 degrees. This would help offset your ballooned budget. Just supply a fridge and stove.A small cot would be handy too..I can hear wheels spining....Ed

Donzi dream garage, wow. We are tired of the stuff on the roof in the North East. I visited Saratoga NY last week on business and the temp was -4. At my place on the Sacandaga it was -7. Opened up the barn and checked out the 22, just a few more months,. The days are getting longer and spring well be here. I can't wait.

I Dont have any idea what I will do with the top of the place. I think you should throw a party for all the local Donzi nuts. I'm thinkin, big screen TV, Pool table, etc.
I'll bring my band (kick ass classic rock) and we'll put Matty in charge of the beer.............................................. .......on second thought, maybe we shouldn't put the fox in charge of the hen house. :D

Can't be. They would have gotten it done faster...
