I could be wrong but I think that first honey and blue boat was for sale in Long Island this past summer. When I was looking for boat I looked at a Minx with those exact colors which from what I understand buy what some of you guys told me is pretty rare. The boat was very clean and just needed good buff. He was orig selling for $13k then it was on Ebay for a while. A friend who wanted me to buy it had emailed the owner and was told they were looking for $8k but said someone from WI. was coming to buy boat that weekend so it would have to be quick deal. One heck of a profit if that is the boat?? Oh well it was nice color combo and clean.

Lake Geneva, Wis...........The travel magazines are calling it: "The home of DONZI wheeling & dealing". Seems that more transactions of Donzi buying & selling happens there per capita, than any other place in the U.S............mighty strange indeed.

The ad SPECIFICALLY states that the boat is LOCATED in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. That is, if my eyes aren't failing me... :rolleyes: wink

This blue boat was for sale early last year when I bought my Minx, the price is now more than a 10k bump from previous. I can guarantee you three things 1) my LE is cleaner, more original, more rare, and I have a helluva lot less invested. 2) it don't do no 74 mph, mine does exactly 60 with a 270. 3) the red one in the other ad needs to be jumped on by somebody, thats a GREAT deal.

I have an '87 Minx 350/Alpha red/white - like the one for sale. Runs 60 mph with the cleaver. Both boats for sale have flaps on the exhaust, mine does not. Both also have vents in the sides of the raised hatch, mine has the clam shell vents.
Purchased new in Feb '87, I have 400 hours on it. For some reason the higher price appeals to me.

My Minx has the 2 engine room louvers on each side as well.
