My pump managed to fry itself a week or so ago...It's a Mayfair Jettison Model 1800 (circa 1988).
Should I bother looking for an exact replacement, or just pick up a Rule at West Marine? It was a pain to get down in the bilge and get it out, so I was hoping for something that would have the same mounting pattern for easier installation....anybody have any ideas?
