I just installed a pair of Shotgun Tips on my Minx in the hopes of keeping my idle speed volume down. They work to an extent and I am happy with them. I had the plastic flaps on my 4" ports before and I am content with the contrast. I assume Silent Choice is much better, but comes with possible maintenance issues and expense. Please don't rag me on my paint job!!! Wet sand soon! http://donzi.net/photos/ssmithtips1.jpg http://donzi.net/photos/ssmithtips2.jpg

Scott, Silent Choice does dome with maintenence issues. I had them and got rid of them for just that reason. Your shotgun tips looks great...................and your Donzi is fine. Just tell them that it's a "Velveteen Donzi", it's been loved so much that the gelcoat came off.
