The fuel gauge on my '69 hasn't worked well for a long time and now it reads half all the time.
I have to assume that the sender is the culprit. While leafing through a boating magazine, I came across the "Navman" power fuel. An inexpensive($150-) in-line flowmeter with a 2" display that could replace the gauge on the dash. It gives instant gph, volume remaining in tank and a low fuel alarm. Seems pretty cool and a whole lot easier than going after the inaccesible sending unit.
Anyone know if this thing is any good?
