Should I buy 89 Donzi?

I'm considering buying 89 Donzi El Pescador, powered by 7.4L OMC. Should I be worried about OMC?

welcome to the board!. my only advice, unless you are an experienced mechanic and can do it yourself, would be to pay for an out of water survey of the boat, and make the sale contingent on the results of survey. Age or particular components aren't as important as the care the boat has received previously. A good surveyor can help you make the right call-

I meant to add that a surveyor will also check structural integrity, electrical systems, etc etc.
