Cigarette on ebay??

The description says 1983 26' Cigarette with 454, aluminum trailer, etc. Bidding is at $6900. I've been trying to get the owner to email me for 3 days... no response. Maybe one of you guys up Traverse City way can shed some light on this "too good to be true" story. If it's a square deal I'm gonna puke.

No pitchers,no seller responce,not your average auction.Who would put up $9,000.00 blindly...were all the facts out there for all to see...Is that what the seller wanted? Don't feel bad .

I was thinking the same thing. This is an odd one. First of all, in 83 Cigarette didn't make a 26'. They made a 24' and a 27' I think. It's possible this guy just measured wrong. Could be it's not even a Cigarette, just somebody's idea of one. Anybody who knows how to get 650hp out of a 454 should know what his boat is worth and want a potential buyer to know about it. Wish I knew the real story.

Not much doubt that this is not a Cigarette. Cigarette never made a 26' boat. They made a 20, a 24 and a 28...no 26.

Don't feel bad...this auction looked fishy anyway...
