Chris,

Take alot of photos and document the swap and I will create a how to page on an Alpha to Bravo swap.

Fine and dandy...

What might be as interesting is a project whereby a Bravo Drive is attached to an Alpha Gimbal and Bell Housing.

I've heard rumors that this can be done or that there's an adapter kit available, but haven't seen one. Has anyone else seen something like this?

Those are "crew adjustable" tabs. Captain shouts out trim requirements and the mate hops to...

It's kind of fun to watch him hang on the grab rail with his toes.

BTW: The Bravo looks good...

i might be missing a few things but here it goes. what happened to the exh holes? tabs look trick, but is this his boats transom? New transom would still have same exh wouldn't it? Anyway neat-o pic. my final guess, chris bought another yellow barrel 18 had to move some more of moms flowers and stuck it outside the big yellow tent.

good luck with the swap Chris!

Regards and stay well,
Christian
