I use Fireworks which lets you batch process photos to a given size. I'd be happy to help out...let me know

I am willing to help! One thing that may be a problem is that I am on dial up. I will be getting cable through our school district soon.

Scot, I have PhotoThumb (http://www.photothumb.com) on my computer. It is a great program and has a 30 day free trial. It makes thumbnails in seconds.
