You won't find anymore MR43TS's anymore, just the 43T's, depending on motor, NGK's are now the replacement plug according to Merc on my 2001 502 which came with MR43T's.
My 1999 350 MAG ran the TS's and we could easily buy them at that time, not now.
Good luck, Bryan

as of a month ago the R43TS was still available. i have 2 sets of them in my spare parts stash. the M stands for MARINE. dimensionally there is no difference... and i;ve run the R43TS for a long time without issue.

Jamie good data, our NAPA and ADVANCE AUTO say they have been discontinued, odd....
We have so far had good luck with the NGK's, their probably all the same.
Not sure why Merc changed though, in fact on the BAM website for parts look ups show NGK for my OM seriel 502.

See ya soon Jamie, looking forward to 1000 islands. And nancy wants another Classic Ride.
Is Sam going to make it?

They have not been discontinued your store just doesn't want to stock them. Merc has cut a deal with another venor for a price discount. Call NGK in Irvine California.

I tried to buy the R43TS's this Spring but all what they had were labeled CR43TS - same plug. Salesman said the "C" stands for "Car"

i e-mailed ac delco customer service and they recommended #8 Rapidfire----not the #10's mentioned--what's the difference?

Hmmm...

I thought the *C* stood for copper..

then again, what do I know, I'm not a salesman.
