THE NEW YORK CITY POWERBOAT RALLY, scheduled for June 14th 2003 at Hi-Noon, is pulling in contestants, sponsors, and celebrities from all over the nation.

DONZI will be the OFFICIAL PACEBOAT for the Speedboat Class and will showcase their 38’ZR Raceboat/Poker Run Edition. Also, their Donzi Classic Les Paul Guitar will be displayed and demonstrated…endorsing our Fast Boats, Pretty Girls, and great Rock n’ Roll formula.

The new Cigarette Racing Team will be the OFFICIAL PACEBOAT for the 100+ MPH Club and will debut Gary Montano’s new 46’ Rough Rider with Sterling Power, named, “MONTANO MOTORSPORTS”.

This is not your ordinary gathering of high-spirited powerboat enthusiasts. All of the major boat builders, suppliers, and engine manufacturers will be in attendance. All of the performance magazines and press will be there. The TV crews and their helicopters will capture the moment. Many veterans of the armed services will be participating in this event. We will all be in NEW YORK CITY to celebrate America and exhibit our freedom. We will salute the United States Coast Guard and the armed forces for defending our lifestyle.

I never see any coverage of this event here? Cause of Lake George?

Sat mornin and splashed the Hudson at noon
Rolling Thunder Review was awesome!

Hey did you see me???
I was throttling/ Driving Way2Crazy a Phamton 30 Super Vee Light. GM HP3 8100 Vortex full canopy, helmut, scuba, intercom's etc... :D At the last minute a friend needed someone to go. I drove down to the city in the am did the Poker Run and was home for dinner. I worked the father's day angle with the wife!!! It wasn't quite like my Donzi's ride but it was pretty cool. can't type too well with GEOO2 in my arms. Night..

I would have noticed your X 18 in a hurry
but that run was wild with the haze, fog, logs
the blasting start was mind bogglin
131! GoFastestBoats all at once
sounded like a limited control explosion every second, times everything
then on the return back to Liberty
we hung out behind the port buoy at screamin Yonkers
with boats left and right wizzin by at 100 plus
where else can you watch a race, while in it,
except as a break down in that race?
they said the lead boat beat the bell jet ranger to the Tappan Zee
helicopter only does 130mph eek!
