George: The folks at Goodhue & Hawkins (Wolfeboro, NH) have made me custom cockpit covers for three boats. Their work is good and looks great. My guess is their guy would come to Meredith to do the work.

DONZINH,
One Option...Try a local auto upholstery business. I had a cockpit cover made for my 16 that looks as good as or better than the original for $175.00. The guy told me he shoud have charged me $200.00, but since he gave me an estimate of around a hundred and a half beforehand, he charged $175.00, but even $200.00, I felt, was a real good price. The nice thing about having it done by some local shop is that, if you can leave the boat with them, they'll do the snaps too. That's not always the case with a company you order from, or if a cover does come "with snaps installed" it may not fit as nice as you would like. The funny part is that the boat is white w/ the British green deck stripe. The white vinyl part of the cover is convertible auto roof material, but the green stripe is some material he had left over from doing some school bus seats!! He assured me that it WILL last (public school tested) and the color match is very good. Good Luck!
